A Sheik within the Moorish Science Temple of America, he carries the responsibility of spiritual leadership while actively serving as Secretary of the Young People’s Moorish National League. With certifications in Mental Health First Aid for both Youth and Adults, he merges emotional intelligence with divine law to uplift others in mind, body, and spirit. As a father, licensed contractor, former military chaplain assistant, and founder of the Living Life Challenges series, Fletcher El lives what he teaches—faith, discipline, and legacy through daily action and sacred accountability.</p>
